Chipotle Mayonnaise
Great to serve as an appetizer at your next get together. Serve this dip along side your favourite Siwin’s product, prepared in your favourite way according to package directions. You don’t need to always just have traditional dip, but you can.
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp | Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce, minced |
| 1 tbsp | Lime Juice |
| 4 | Garlic Clove, minced |
| 1/4 tsp | Smoked Paprika |
| 1/4 tsp | Chili Powder |
| To Taste | Salt |
| To Taste | Pepper |
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together until smooth. Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for about 5 days in the fridge.
