Garlic Miso Dumplings & Mushrooms
If you think steak and mushrooms is a classic combination, wait until you try dumplings and mushrooms together! Especially with these flavours. This is a relatively easy recipe to prepare for any mushroom lover.
Ingredients
| 20 | Siwin Japanese Style Pork and Beef Dumplings |
| 1/4 cup | Butter, softened |
| 3 tbsp | Miso Paste |
| 4 | Garlic cloves, minced |
| 2 tbsp | Sesame Oil |
| 2 cups | Small Cremini Mushrooms Cut in half if large |
| 2 cups | Small White Mushrooms Cut in half if large |
| 1 cup | Shiitake Mushrooms |
| 3 | Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1 tbsp | Fresh Chives, finely chopped |
Instructions
- Prepare dumplings according to package directions. Set aside
- Combine the butter, miso and garlic together until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil to medium. Add the mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the first amount of garlic, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Once the mushrooms are browned add the cooked dumplings and garlic miso butter to the pan. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly until butter has melted and everything is combined. Garnish with chives. Serve immediately.
